In Indiana, if a couple is married, can one spouse enter into a binding mortgage agreement without the second spouse being a part of the mortgage obligation note? Is a foreclosure enforceable?

Yes, one spouse theoretically can enter into a mortgage, but most reputable lenders would require both signatures. Your second question is not coherent.
