Legal Utlity Deed

Upon purchasing land i found that there was a legal right granted for the utilty poles by previous owners to provide service to an adjoining subdivision. Do i have any legal right as the new propoerty owner to have these poles relocated off my property

If an easement was granted by the previous owners, it runs with the land meaning you are most likely stuck with it. Check your owner's title policy to see if the easement was recorded and disclosed at closing. Depending on the answer, you should consider consulting a real estate attorney to see if you have any recourse against the sellers or the utility company
