Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I purchased a truck from a dealership paying cash. Well my parents paid cash. Its been 30 days with no title. I contacted the dealership and was given the run around. Basically being left in limbo as they try and track down my paperwork.

If Im not mistaken. I thought a dealership had to have a title to you within a certian amount of time? The check has cleared. The dealership has their money. Yet I still don't have a title. What should I do?

Start with a certified letter to the dealership, demanding title. If they don't comply, file a claim against them in small claims court for the title or your money back.
