Real Estate Scam

I am an investor and there was this real estate investment program where this company help you invest in real estate property. I put down money for this investment help and this company's assistance, but now their phone number has been disconnected and I cannont get in contact with anyone from this company. Is it impossible for me to sue the company for a refund and for extra? I still have all recepts and contracts and other documents given to me by the company. what can I do?

Ifyou can locate the company or an officer, you should file a lawsuit.

As an initial matter, I would file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Office, Consumer Fraud Division.
