Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

What can I do about this situation.

I am an employee at this well know company and I work under this very young assitant manager.I started having problems with him for a while now,I never told the store manager but I did tell the other manager I work with also other co-workers how he makes me uncomfortable.Because I am not attracted to him the way he is to me, he decides to start making calls to our loss prevention hotline on the job, saying that I was stealing snacks and never paid for anything I had eaten. So when the L/P guy comes in to talk to me about it, I knew right at that moment who made the calls,he asked me why I said him that is when I explained about the whole situation I made a report and so did another co-worker(I don't if he really told anything on his report, but I talked about it with that co-worker). They talked to him a couple of days later he admitted making the call I was told, but they say it my word against his and I'm still working with this man(mind you I work midnights and there are like five of us that are on duty on this shift).Recently the security guard that works there with us,the asst.manager has recently reported him for no apparent reason, other trying to remove him because we talk all the time. What should I do, I,m not comfortable

Re: What can I do about this situation.

I can't really begin to advise you without more information. Does your company have a sexual harassment policy with specific procedures for reporting sexual harassment? Is the Assistant Manager your supervisor? What does he do that makes you uncomfortable? Whether or not you have a claim may depend on your answers to these questions. Feel free to contact me to discuss. My phone number is 317-955-9500.
