Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

I am a thirteen, going on foruteen year old girl from Indiana and there is this seventeen, almost eighteen year old boy living in Pennslyvania who, for three months, was sexually blackmialing me. He was making me do things over skype and recording them, for what purpose, I have no idea. I realize that I have to tell my parents as soon as possible, but I felt that doing research first was the best idea. He convinced me that he deleted them, so I ran free. For three more months I was free from his rein when out of the blue he popped up and said he found them and was threatening to send them to the Indiana School Board. I have three questions. My first is what would happen if he did send them? My second is what would happen to me if I took this to court? And my third is what would happen to him and would the court favor my case?

Listen closely. Immediately, not later, not tomorrow, but today, tell your parents everything. If somehow you feel you cannot do this, then tell your principal, or a female teacher you trust. He will be shut down. You've got to trust me on this. You have no idea the damage that can be done to you if you continue your silence. No idea at all. You have to take steps to shut him down. You cannot do that alone. You have to tell someone who can plug in the people who know what to do.

All of in life have done stupid things. You did something stupid. Okay. You are not the first, will not be the last, and guess what? You will, one day, do something dumb again. I'm a lot older than you and I have done enough stupid things in life, things I've later regretted, that I can speak as an expert.

But if you want to do something REALLY DUMB, then keep silent. Don't go to your parents.

Now, that would really move you up on the scale of doing stupid things.

Seriously, life will go on. We all make mistakes in life. That's not an excuse, just a reality of life. And you know what? No one is going to hound you for your mistake. Why? Because they know they have done dumb things. Some worse.

So, go see your parents.

Now.
