Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana

traffic ticket

I got pulled over at 3:45am...leaving

work. The officer claims that we were

at 11th and Shadeland. We were at

10th and Shadeland. He claims 51 in

a 40. The speed limit changes to a

45mph at 11th. He also claims that I

was in a school or work zone. An

areal map doesnt show any

schools...the nearest work zone in 3

mi. north. He made it a point to say

that he ''shows up at court every

time''...He is wrong. The speed limit

sign that i passed entering

Shadeland Ave. was posted at

55mph. The sign posted at 11th is

45mph (not 40 as he claims on the

ticket) A co worker saw me get

pulled over at 10th and made fun of

me the next day...do I bring him as a

witness?....What do I do with a

dishonost cop?

Re: traffic ticket

Put together your witness' and photo of the area. If you are really serious about winning, hire an attorney to do those things for you.
