How do we dissolve an amended trust and reinstate the orginal trust?

You don't have to dissolve the amended trust. You only need to create another amendment/codicil to revoke the amendments that were made to the original trust. It would be best to have an attorney draft this for you in order to make sure that the wording is correct, conforms to trust law, and is consistent with the original trust.
