Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Father passed 2 years ago...was not informed of his passing until I "accidentally" overheard conversation. Have reason to believe step mother purposely avoiding telling me and now I would like to see a copy of the will as would 2 of my paternal siblings...1. Is it a matter of public record? And 2. Is it too late to contest? He resided and passed in fayette county indiana

See whther an estate was opened in Fayette County by checking with the clerk's office. Even if one was not opened, ask them to check to see whether a will was filed or admitted for probate. Then, take it to an attorney; but remember, you can't contest a will just becasue you don't like it or because you were left out.

Good luck.
