what is the procedure to purchase a company in Indonesia?

there are certain procedures that must be conducted pursuant to Indonesia Company Law, target co's Article of Association, concession contract entered by target co (if any), Investment Law (if the target co is foreign investment co, or the acquirer is foreign entity).
