fired from job for not being able to hear good

i was fired from my job because i couldnt hear everything people were saying to me they said it was unsafe for me and the people around me but they new i was hearing impaired because it was in the report from the doctor they sent me to for my physical can they do that to me

Based on your description, the answer is right now an unsatisfying maybe. The reason for maybe is that it depends on the legitimacy of the employer's reason for the termination and whether or not there was some sort of reasonable accommodation that you could be granted.

An employer has the right to expect an employee to be able to perform the essential functions of his or her position. The employee has the right to have a reasonable accommodation, if necessary, to perform those functions. The law requires that the employer and employee engage in an interactive process to determine if there is an accommodation that is reasonably available which will assist the employee in the performancc of his or her job duties.
