Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
"In iowa.... I have medical conditions high blood pressure. Severe anxiety and depression and my ex has refused to take me for medical treatment and keeps intentionally messing me to make my situations worse! isn't it illegal to intentionally mess with me bcuz he is making my conditions worse??

I do not think there is a violation called "illegally messing with a person" in Iowa. Why not arrange alternate transportation?
