Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
A person was speeding and ran a light hit my car but the officer gave me a ticket when I had a wittness who the person sped by that stoped & told the officer that gave me a ticket the person was speeding @ran yhe light (the officer&the;other driver greeted in first name)I went to court to fight the ticket and won my other fine no ins.I made arr. to pay&paid;who is respond. to fix my car &was;my civil rights violated
