Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa

So we were looking online at houses listed on Skogman for sale and as i'm scrolling down the list at the very bottom there at 6 homes listed as $0. These 6 homes are very nice homes and probably worth about $300,000 - $400,00 for value here in Iowa. I was just wondering if they have to honor the price listed for these homes as $0. A couple years ago when i was buying a car the website had a car listed as one price and when we went to look at it at the lot it was listed as other price, i told the car salesman and pulled it up on my phone to prove this and he said they would have to honor the price on the website as it was the error. Although this difference in pricing was just $500 and I didn't end up buying the car I was just wondering if this is the law. We took pictures of the houses listed for $0 and have contacted Skogman to let them know of the mistake.

If they made a mistake in an ad they're not obligated to give you a windfall especially since the houses presumably are not theirs to begin with.
