i have a degree in criminal justice. i apply for jobs but i have a trespass to motor vehicle charge from 10 years ago and a misdemeanor charge marijuann possesion from 2-3 years ago that henders me from landing a job. what can i do?

You did not state where you acquired your charges. Iowa has no expungement statute and all you can do is petition the governor's office for a pardon.
