Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Im charged with child endangerment and willful injury along with a domestic violence charge and right now am not allowed to be around any children whatsoever and was wondering if I were to be found guilty of these charges would I be allowed to be around children at some point after the courts done

Maybe. Thats something between you, your attorney, the County Attorney, the Judge, your children, and your probation/parole officer if you are under supervision.
