Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My husband took a plea to do hair stats for possesion of marijuana. first offence. couldn't afford the hair stats. time is almost up and he dosnt have the hair stats completed. Wondering what will happen? He got pulled over for a owi which that is done and over with. (Not worried Bout that) but when he was arrested the pilice officer didn't search him. and when he was being booked they found it on him? state of iowa.

He should be talking to his court appointed attorney about getting some more time to get it done. If he does not get it done the deal-whatever it is- will almost certainly be off the table
