got a DUI jail one nite
i hve got an Attorney for my dui.i hurt my leg during the arest.could not do the walk test.told them i was hurt.Spent the nite in jail.No medical help.Went to hospital after my release.my leg is brocken.Can i sue the police dept .thanks

You may be able to sue the police department, but I cannot give you a definite answer as I am not licensed in your state. It really depends on the facts of the arrest as well as your state's law. Perhaps your DUI attorney can refer you to a competent attorney in your area if he or she does not handle that type of case. Good Luck.

Your leg was broked during the arrest? If so, you should make a complaint to the supervisor.
