Legal Question in DUI Law in Iowa

I was pulled over in October 2009 for a headlight being out and all of a sudden found myself being asked to do various sobriety tests even though I blew a .045 (the legal limit in iowa is .08). Then a drug expert was brought in and determined that I was "measurably impaired". After a night in jail and a very long substance analysis, I submitted a urine test, the results of which were negative for marijuana (which is what I was accused of using) and positive for and amphetemine (which is prescribed to me). I took the substance abuse course even though it turns out I didn't need to and have been more than cooperative and after all that, they want to charge me with an OWI. is there anything I can do?
