Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

how do to get change of custody of 14 year old when child is getting into a lot of trouble,doing poorly on school, sneaking out of the house at night to be with a 19 year old guy, riding in a stoolen car. Mom has physically abusive on numerous occations that all have been reported.

It depends on who you are. If you're the father you can file a petition for a change of custody.
