child custody modification
joint legal/physical custody. 50/50. We live 8 miles apart in different towns I had to move due to my landlord selling where I was living. Kept children in same school dist. I live in another district. Nothing stipulated about schools etc in divorce. I want kids in different dist. Does it have to be agreed upon by both of us or do we have to agree. I couldn't find suitable housing in same town as ex. Also his nephew got busted for drugs and lives next door to ex w/grandparents. Can I do anything about that endangering my kids. They spend most of the time they are supposed to be at their dads at the g-parents house where drug kid lives. She cares for them more than ex does.

What you need to do is go back to court and get the decree modified.

Go to the concerned court for the modification of the order and for that consult the attorney/lawyer
