Guardianship

I signed over temp. guardianship to my brother for my 3 kids. Recently he tested positive for meth usage and was placed on the child abuse registry. He then had a note notarized giving guardianship of my kids to his girlfriend. Is this legal? What can I do, I feel as though my hands are tied because I can't afford a lawyer.

Re: Guardianship

A guardian cannot assign a guardianship to some other person. There's no way around it, you have to get an attorney if you want to put a stop to this.
