Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Location Issues

I am filing for Divorce from the State of Iowa, where I have been a resident for the past 19 years. My spouse is active duty in the military and a New York resident who currently resides in Florida. We are looking to file without the aid of attorneys, but I am uncertain whether we would fall under Iowa or Florida law for the divorce process. Any information you can provide me with would help greatly. Thank you!
