I just got married and was wondering am I resposible for my spouses child suppor

We have a child together and he has one with another woman so I was wondering since we are in process of getting married if they can make me pay his child support?

No, but in enforcement actions people tend to shoot first and ask questions later. Tax returns are fair game, as are joint bank accounts. If your friend has serious arrearage problems you will be dragged into it, count on it.
