Of course your husband will say that the the market is down right now and he'd take too much of a hit if he sold it right now. If you haul him into court the burden will be upon you to show that he's being unreasonable and trying to evade the previous court order. In hindsight it would have been better to add a clause in the original agreement that he would be required to get and maintain a brokers' listing of the property.
