Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa

A renter has not paid rent for myself and 2 other landlords that I know of, is there a legal document that I can have them fill out to help my court case when we go to court?

What happened to two other landlords is not relevant to a lawsuit you are prosecuting, and it's unlikely that such information would be admitted as evidence.

On the other hand, if the renter testifies that they're a good payer you can then cross examine them about these two matters. They have to "open the door". As a practical matter they're likely to default by not appearing, and you'll have a judgment that's difficult to collect anything on.
