My son fell off monkey bars at a daycare center & broke his elbow Would it be wise for me to file a claim against the liability insurance or what is the lega obligation on playground equipment He is 5 yrs old

Your first step should be to file a claim with the daycare center's insurance carrier. Of course you'll have to sign a release and that means you'd probably be giving up any potential negligence claim. I suggest you consult with an attorney.
