is this ok for green card filing

hi

is it advisable to use PO box address for green card.

i am a travelling consultant and keep moving pretty often....so only have a PO box address..

want to file my green card soon...please suggest

I would not recommend using a P.O. box for one very basic reason: government mail is not held at a P.O. box but returned to sender. Thus, if you get any notices from the government, there is a good likelihood you will not receive them. That includes not getting your green card when you are granted one because it will not be left at a P.O. box. What is your permanent domicile? Wherever you are living, you should use that address; if you change, then send a change of address form AR-11 to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. But, under no circumstances should you use a P.O. box, okay. Good luck.
