Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
Can I file a civil claim on my landlord for not having a health inspector look at are duplex and not having a landlord license and also for work we did on the duplex that was suppose to come off our rent and haven't yet.

You can sue them in small claims court if you think they've breached some sort of agreement you had.
