Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
When renting an apartment, how much of the outside is considered ours? I have been keeping my bicycle on my front porch on days that I use it, rather than bringing it inside, and then back out, then back in, then back out. The landlord just told us that anything left outside our front door is subject to immediate removal at any time.

He's probably right. Remember when you rent nothing's really yours and you have no rights to speak of.
