Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
My roommate just went to rehab and I won't be able to cover rent. Is this OK terms to break my lease?

It would depend on the terms of the lease, but I have a feeling there is not a "lease if void if one or more tenants go to rehab" provision.
