Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
A car slammed on the breaks with two cars behind here then me in the back. I couldn't stop in time because I was in a 3 ton truck. I made contact with the car in front of me, who then hit the car in front of him, who then hit the front car. Car number 2 had no insurance. Am I still liable to pay their expenses even if they don't have insurance? Thanks!
