Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Speeding ticket
I was issued a citation for speeding and failure to provide insurance. I have insurance but recently purchased a new vechical and the card was not moved to the glove box of the new vechical. Also I was released with a warning about drunk driving. If I wanted to fight the speeding ticket can the officer charge me with a DUI at this point?
