Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

in 2003, my parents established a trust that holds 2 properties, a farm and a lake house. i was told i would be a cotrustee. in 2007, i was able to read the trust. the trust does not allow myself or my brothers to own the property and it says that my older brother is cotrustee. i asked my parents if they still wanted me to be cotrustee. they said yes and notified the trust attorney in writing but, he never made the change. i also asked my parents and brothers if they would buy me out of my share in the trust. they all said yes. nothing in writing except correspondence between the trust attorney and my attorney regarding what everybody had verblly agreed to. well, my parents have died, my brothers backed out of the buy out and my older brother is cotrustee. do i have a claim of breach of contract and can my brother be removed as trustee and me reinstated. thanks
