Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iran

greencard for parents

Hi there,

I am a US citizen residing in NJ. My parents live in Iran I would like to apply for green card for them to come here and visit me. I just got lay off from my job recently so I have no income except unemployment and my saving until I got another job.

Would I still be eligible to apply for green card for my parents or I have to be employed ?

Thanks for your consideration.

Evan

Evan,

Please give me a call at my office at (732) 985-1310. We may very well have other options as far as financial support issues are concerned. I can discuss them with you in more detail.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Sameer Kumar
