Legal Question in Family Law in Israel

Parental rights of unmarried Israel male

I have a Swedish friend who gave birth to a child fathered by a citizen of Israel. He wants her and the child to visit them in Israel. I am concerned that once there he will be able to establish his parental rights thru DNA and take the child from his mother, my Swedish friend. He could then tie my Swedish friend up in Court for years. They are not married and the child(baby) has Swedish Citizenship. Am I being overly protective?
