Legal Question in Insurance Law in Israel

swimming pool liability

Hello,

MEOROT NATAN LTD. Developed and manufacture a swimming pool safety system.

The system triggers an alarm if a child falls into the swimming pool. However, the system isnt a life saving device.

We would like to start marketing our system in the US starting this year.

We would like to get from you a guidance regarding the insurance perspective and implication.

SHOULD I PROTECT MYSELF AGAINST CHILD DROWNING CLAIMS?

Many thanks for your help,
