Legal Question in Banking Law in Kansas

verification of signatures.

The main obstacle keeping my finanacial institution from shredding original documents once it has been imaged into our imaging software system, is fear of needing forensic analysis in a court case. Not that we've ever had to rely on that in 100 years...but we might. Is there anyway to overcome this obstacle?

Re: verification of signatures.

If docs are certified or notarized, issues should not be presented.

Otherwise,Affidavits of authenticity could supplant any documentary deficits.
