2nd Degree attempted murder

usually how much time does one get from this charge if they have a previous felony background?

Although a previous felony background is defintely a negative factor in sentencing, there are many other factors that are also involved. All I can tell you is that the sentence for a second degree felony is 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 years, that is somewhere between 2 to 8 years in one year increments.
