Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

Me and my ex husband got into a fight while we were still married. I was charged with domestic battery, I believe. Can I use a gun or even a bow to go deer hunting?

If you have not felony convictions you have not bar to do what any other hunter can do. That is as long as you are nto restricted by ongoing probation, in relation to the holding or use of weapons. Look at what you were convicted of. It matters little as what you were originally charged with. If you entered into a plea agreement, see what you crime you plead to.

Good luck
