DUI Change of Address
I recieved a DUI in Kansas (live there also) but work in Missouri. Will I be able to move to Missouri prior to conviction or sentencing so I can walk to work to keep my job? Or will I have to wait until the sentence is given to change my address?

If this is the first time you have been accused of DWI, there appears to be nothing to prevent you from moving to Missouri. You need to appear at all court hearings adn follow the advice of your attorney.
