Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Child Support

How much child support would I pay if I make $16.50 an hour working 25 hours a week. My wife makes $9.00 an hour and works the same hours. We have two children ages 6 and 7.

Re: Child Support

In order to accurately calculate child support, additional information is needed. For example, the cost for health insurance and child care must be known. The court may also inquire as to why both parties are only working 25 hours per week. If you need a complete calculation, please contact our office. We can calculate child support for a reasonable fee, or we can provide full representation in divorce, post-divorce or paternity cases. We are here to help. Rian F. Ankerholz
