If someone was married in febuary 2012 and signed for adoption papers for a child and now is filing for a divorce (pro se) and would like to change adoption to another person willing to take over responsibility what papers would need to be filled out.

The documents that would need to be filed, are perhaps numerous. In essence, the divorcing parent would either rescind theirn appliocation to adopt, or their conset to their new spouse adopting. Any person in such apostion, should consult directly with an attorney in their area. Notice should also be given t the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), or attorney foir the child. One might wait to inform the state agency or perhaps the GAL, because such an off and on approach to adoption, could cause the divorcing parent to lose custody of the child.
