Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas

I had a misdemeanor in November of '08 in Kansas for a civil matter. When can I get it expunged?

Misdemeanors are criminal charges, not civil charges. You do not expunge civil judgments. But you may get a Satisfaction filed. If this does not clear up your question, perhaps you can repost with a better description of what occurred.
