Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas

i am married to a man from another country and we just had our meeting with the ins, however i do not feel the same for the man that i thought i loved i no longer love him, i want out of the marriage but i dont want him deprorted can someone give me advice on how long i should wait please i'm going out of my mind
