Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Kansas
A bounty hunter 1st misrepresented him self saying a flood below apt, then climbed a 2nd story balcony and opened a closed door and then unlocked and opened the front door for more men, this was at a 3rd party's home not on the bond, he was asked to leave by homeowner and said no, searched without consent verbal abusing everybody threatening to peper spray everybody. then rough with person looking for after advised just had csec a month b4, she had no shirt on and he didnt let her get dressed staring at her naked body, can i sue.
