Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kansas

Failure of communication

I went to my supervisor With my complaint. He stated someone would be contacting me, and no one has in the past three weeks. I called him to follow-up and he stated that there was a meeting that I would not be included in. Still no one has contacted me at all. What should be my next step?

Re: Failure of communication

Without knowing when the harassment occurred, my suggestion is to file a charge with the Kansas Human Rights Commission (khrc.net). That will get their attention. You need to make sure you preserve your rights and are not timed barred. Your company does not sound like they are handling your situation very well, in my opinion.

Please let me know if I can be of further help.
