To my knowledge, no one has the right to be accused of sexual harassment, It seems that most people would not want to be accused of such a thing. If you have been accused, by the police, and you have been charged with acrime, by the state, then you have may rights that are recognized by our national constitution and many state regualtions. If that has happended, I strongly urge you to retain counsel as soon as possible. A cinviction along those lines could negatively alter the rest of your life.
