exhibition of speed
what all can cause a person to get a ticket for exhibition of speed and can you get it for simply doing a burn out?

This ticket can be written for racing against another car or against a clock, but I most frequently see it written for burning out from a stop. Most of the judges I've seen would agree that a burn out constitutes an exhibition of speed. I'm clear across the state from you, though, so contact a lawyer who frequently practices in the court you're going to and get his or her advice.
