Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

estates--executor

Can the family have the named

executor of an estate changed? What if

some members of the family feel like

the executor is biased? Is the executor

usually someone who will be inheriting

from the estate?

Re: estates--executor

By yourself, you may not change the executor or the estate of another. You may have a Motion to remove or to substitute the fiduciary filed with the prbate court, and the judge may hold a hearing to determine whether the executor is mishandling the assets of the estate.

Good Luck
